This is a list of the new shields, including bonuses/costs.  This is only for Mid, but if someone sends me the info for the alb and hib ones, I'll post that, too.  The costs are for the materials only.  Any cost assessed by the crafter for their time and for farming the drops needed to make the shields is up to the individual crafter and should be discussed before crafting begins.

Small Shields require 1005 skill level, are 2.8 speed, and cost 53g  74s  30c  to make.
Tempered Accomodation Buckler   stat enhancement spell effectiveness 5%
Tempered Adroit Buckler               dex 15 pts
Tempered Mending Buckler           bonus to healing effectiveness 5%
Tempered Pious Buckler                acu 15 pts

Medium shields require 1005 skill level, are 3.5 speed, and cost 88g 53s 20c to make.
Etched Adroit Crescent Shield       dex 15 pts
Etched Mighty Crescent Shield      str 15 pts
Etched Speedy Crescent Shield     qui 15 pts

Large shields require 1005 skill level, are 4.2 speed, and cost 123g 32s 10c to make.
Delinated Adroit Grave Shield        dex 15 pts
Delinated Mending Grave Shield     bonus to healing effectiveness 5%
Delinated Mighty Grave Shield        str 15 pts
Delintated Pious Grave Shield         acu 15 pts
